It often happens in this type of architecture that inside the building there are rooms where it is not possible to install standard roof windows. Each room should offer a source of natural light to make the user feel comfortable. Ideal solution in such cases is installation of specially designed products for flat roofs.
DXW flat roof window which with special design featuring enhanced load capacity and applied non-slip coating ensures you can walk across its surface freely when installed in terraces or flat roofs. Thanks to the fact that the surface of the DXW window is in flush with the roof covering material, windows not only create a safe space in the terrace which can be utilized, but also do not spoil its aesthetics. It is therefore an excellent solution to be applied in the terrace or green roof that allows to achieve perfectly flat roof surface while maintaining properties of the roof window.

STRUCTURE
The DXW flat roof window ensures you can walk across its surface freely.
The frame in flat roof windows is made of multi-chamber PVC profiles partially manufactured from recycled raw material. Inner surface of the frame is white. Material from which the profiles are made features high resistance to acids and very low moisture absorption, therefore the window can be used in any room.
Profiles are filled inside with insulating material which additionally improves thermal parameters of the product. Additional profiles clamping covering materials under eaves of the frame facilitate finish of the flat roof window connection with the roof covering. Safe, double chamber glazing unit with heat transfer coefficient Ug = 0.5 m2/K is used in windows.
FUNCTIONALITY
With its specially enhanced strengthened design and non-slip coating, the window ensures you can walk across its entire surface safely. This is of great importance in case of usable terraces and roofs where the window in flush with openwork platform allows for free and safe walk across its surface and does not spoil aesthetics. This feature significantly improves usability of the roof and terrace. Optimized design of flat roof windows allows for installation of internal accessories for the type F windows. Available as standard, the DXW window includes profiles clamping the roofing felt or other covering material under eaves of the frame, which facilitate finish of the flat roof window connection with the roof covering. The window task is to provide abundance of the natural light to buildings with flat roofs. Windows can be set in an additional XRD/W base which allows raising the window. It is possible to connect up to three XRD/W bases.
