The brown stile ends are finishing elements mounted on the base of the ladder, adding a smart touch to its appearance. They add to the ladder’s stability and are made from specially selected material to protect the floor from being scratched.
They are easy to install and they can be mounted on ladders already in use.
The loft balustrade is made of pine wood, protects the ceiling opening in the attic and makes it easier and safer to descend the ladder.
The structure of the balustrade and system of fixing to the loft floor with special metal holders increase its stiffness, thus improving the comfort of use. The balustrade is compatible with all sizes of loft ladders.
The finishing lining is designed to finish the installation of the loft ladder and to cover any gaps in the ceiling which remain after the fitting process. The lining elements are made from solid pine wood in natural colour (LXL-P) and white (LXL-W) or in white PVC (LXL-PVC).
For the PVC lining slat, the fixing with the ladder box does not require nails.
Note: LXL-P/-W are available for ladders LWS, LWK, LTK, LWT, LWF, LDK, LMS, LMK
Note: LXL-PVC are available in white** for LWS, LWK, LTK, LWT, LDK, LMS, LMK

The LXL-Invisible linings allow for discreet installation and concealment loft ladders in the ceiling. Thanks to the use of linings, the ladder box remains invisible. There is no need to install architrave linings masking the gaps, and the loft ladder hatch is hidden in the ceiling. The use of a discrete assembly system allows for an aesthetic and minimalistic interior finish. Installation of LXL -Invisible linings with loft ladders should be done before finishing the ceiling with plasterboards
Stile ends in brown finish the ladder and enhance its stability.
Silver stile ends are compatible with wooden ladders. They are an alternative to the LXS model, giving the option to adjust the length of the cut ladder. Moreover, stile ends protect the ladder stringers against damage. Applying a rubber cap allowed to prevent the floor from scratching and increased the comfort of use.
Advantages:
*Maximum extension depends on the loft ladder size and room height.
Black stile ends are compatible with metal ladders. They improve the ladder stability, while the application of a rubber cap prevents the floor from scratching. Stile ends are an emergency solution, for example when the ladder has been cut to match or the floor thickness has been changed.
Advantages:
* Maximum extension depends on the loft ladder size and room height.
The unloading mechanism supports folding and unfolding of the ladder, thus contributing to improved comfort and safe of use. The loft ladder can be operated by means of a control rod (opening and closing the hatch, folding and unfolding of the ladder). Available for the following loft ladders: 3-section wooden (LXM 3), 4-section wooden (LXM 4) and with a metal ladder (LXM-M). The LXM mechanism can be installed on the left or right side of the ladder (fitted on the opposite side of the LXH handrail).
The metal handrail makes ascending and descending the ladder easier, increasing user’s comfort
and safety. The LXH is screwed to the ladder top segment. The installation of the handrail
on the left side makes the installation of unloading mechanism LXM impossible.
The LXH-A handrail improves the comfort and safety of access to the loft. Mounted to the floor near the ceiling opening, makes every trip up and down the attic easier. For installation on the right and on the left side of the opening
Made of pine, the box extension matches perfectly with the box of the installed ladder and
enhances the look of the ceiling opening. The standard box height is 10cm. Maximum nonstandard
LXN box extension height for LDK loft ladders is 16cm and 20cm for other ladder
types.
The upper hatch prevents attic dust from accumulating on the hatch and steps of the closed
ladder. It improves the overall insulating parameters and air tightness of the ladder on which
it is installed. The height of the upper hatch box is 20cm.
The LXZ handle enables the closing of the LXW upper hatch from the loft side e.g during
maintenance works in the loft or roof.
An additional tread makes climbing the ladder easier and increases comfort and safety of access
to the loft space. It is recommended especially in situations where the upper hatch is
installed on the loft ladder’s box or ladders are installed in a thick ceiling. The LXT tread is
installed between the last ladder’s tread and the floor of the loft. Standard width of the LXT
additional tread is 30cm.
Installation brackets facilitate loft ladder installation in the ceiling. Adjusted to ceilings up to
43cm thick (for LTK and LWT ladders) and 35cm for all other ladder types.
The LXK-D assembly kit simplifies and improves the installation of LML loft ladders to the ceiling, on which the DRL hatch has already been installed. Installation in ceilings with a thickness of min. 38cm, maximum 50cm.
The insulation kit provides tight insulation between the box of the mounted ladder and the
opening in the ceiling, thereby allowing a” warm assembly” essential in energy-efficient and
passive construction. The kit includes: air tight collar, insulation material (sheep wool blocks)
and the air-permeable collar.
